Unwind after a hard days exploration by having a wholesome meal in the Taigh Ailean Hotel's snug and informal dining room.

The Isle of Skye is renowned the world over for the taste, quality and freshness of its local produce - with particular acclaim for seafood caught and landed daily by Skye fishing boats.

All meals at the Taigh Ailean Hotel are freshly prepared on site to order from the very finest of ingredients.

Sample 'Talisker Haggis' followed by 'Hot Kiln Smoked Salmon with Prawns', or perhaps delicious 'Homemade Tomato and Herb Soup' followed by 'Highland Lamb Shank in red Wine Jus'

All at a remarkably affordable price. Vegetarian and children's meals are also available.

And if it is a light snack you are looking for why not try a lunch or evening bar meal?

Meals are served in the Dining Room between the following hours from Easter through to the end of September. Reservations are advisable for evening meals:

Lunch:   noon - 2:30 pm

Dinner:  6:30 pm - 9:30pm

Bar Meals are served between the hours of noon and 21:30 from Easter through to the end of September.

And, if you are staying with us, why not finish off with coffee and liquers in the comfort of the Residents Lounge.
